For some reason they never made the newer gen white controllers so the only ones you'll find (if you find them) are leftover stock of JDM-030 and before versions.

Which one should I get? Because the two that I already have since launch are now failing me. The circle button doesn't work on one & the other has a charging problem.

You have to mess with the microUSB cable to get it to charge. For example, I have to wiggle the end of the microUSB cable that's plugged into the DS4, in order to get it to charge.

And now that's getting even harder to do as well. I just bought a dual charging dock from the Amazon Slickdeals offer the other day & it should'be here tomorrow.

So hopefully that'll fix the problem & charge it just fine. But I need to buy another DS4 controller just in case & I really like the silver one that looks more gray in my opinion. I like it because it's the same color as the original PSone console.

Which I think was the point of that color option to begin with. However, I'm really digging (in this order) the steel black, crystal red & green camouflage DS4's as well. Help me out, my fellow Slickdealers?

Thanks but looking at the photo it seems that is the original model. I'm looking for the v2 model with the bigger battery and revised grips for the thumb sticks with the blue light in the middle of the touchpad.

The v2 white ones are only available in Europe and Asia. Best bet is eBay or a friend traveling to those regions! Hard to get a deal though, mostly full price.
