United Airlines have round trip airfares travelling to and from Charlotte (CLT) and Seattle (SEA) for $124, making 1 stop. This is a basic economy fare, which means your fare only includes 1 small personal item on board, no advanced seat selection or upgrades at gate. There's always an option to upgrade during checkout though.
Travel Availability:
Departs CLT: Sept 5, 11-12, 15, 17-19, 25-26; Oct 2-3, 10, 17, 23-27, 29-31; Nov 3, 5-7
Departs SEA: Sept 10-11, 14, 17-18, 24-25; Oct 2, 9, 15-19, 22-23, 28-30; Nov 1-2
Returns: good availability returns, generally 7 day stay is good. You may test other dates first if these dates do not work for your trip.
Use dates and book it on
Expedia [expedia.com],
Priceline [priceline.com],
Travelocity [travelocity.com] or
United Airlines [united.com]. Bundling hotel with airfare will save money.

Any tips on British Airways Executive Club Avios are about to expire. Can I spend on partners with BA and keep the Avios points active ?

Use shopping.ba.com and make a small purchase at any store like Walmart/target. The expiration date resets.
I can't believe Charlotte Airport has a discount! We started using Concord.

Idiot me forgot I had shoved a 3 oz small water bottle from the bus we took to Boston and the TSA agent was like "You should know better" and glared at me lol...

I agree, I live around 10 miles from the Greenville Spartanburg Airport and it's great. Small, very new areas being built all the time, clean, very small lines, and very competitive pricing. Asheville, Columbia, and sometimes even Charlotte and Atlanta prices are beat easily. Plus for the convenience factor I'm always willing to pay a small amount more.
Just keep your eyes peeled, a lot of the cheaper flights jump out of Greenville to Atlanta and Charlotte anyway. No secret on my end, Greenville just seems to be as cheap if not cheaper than most of the other local airports. Atlanta seems cheaper than all of them, but a lot of times it's just not worth the headache to save a few bucks.
