true... but the Sam's Club and Costco gas stations (about 1 mile from the Walmart and Publix) always have regular and premium gas at more than 32 to 40 cents lower than all other gas stations...

True....but I will shop in Publix any day over Wal-Mart. The clientele in Wal-Mart is just not my cup of tea. I can't stand to step foot in a Wal-Mart.

I'd go to a QT or RaceTrac any day over Costco/Sams even if the price is a little higher because there are no lines and they sell a bunch of snacks/drinks.

The summer and Monday holidays (and Thanksgiving, I think) typically generate a four 12-packs for $10 deal even in California. I typically see it at Ralphs, Albertsons, and Target. I've sort of come to expect it.

I'm not seeing it here in my part of California yet, but I figure it'll show up next week.

Same here. Haven't been inside a Walmart in 10 years.
You save much more time which is more valuable by buying closer to home Publix/Target/Costco/Amazon delivery.
