Great 2 days in a row and my farking OM nearly has me in tears. She is way too old school and not technologically savvy at all. Everything that I suggest that will streamline operations and receiveables recordkeeping she shoots down. "No, it is not intended to be done that way."

I seriously ended the conversation with "please tell me the value of continuing this manual process?" She had no response. I then threw a dagger of, "it makes absolutely no sense to me, but hey you don't have address and report the numbers I do, so let's keep doing it in a labor intensive cumbersome manner."

OM is died to me.

try suggesting reverting back to paper and pen methods for all other stuff when she shoots you down? well if you don't like keeping up with the latest, fastest, easiest methods.. lets make more shit your level of technological comfort
