i can't wait to see how my RIS comes out...23# of grain is nuts! i bet i can do something wrong here laugh out loud
brian should i go with the standard 1.25qt/# mash? thats 7 gallons in the mash, i will lose around 2.5 gallons so i would collecting like 4.5 gallons just from 1st runnings....

i always mash with 1.3ish, and since you're going to take an efficiency hit, i would split your sparge water and sparge twice.

I dunno what to do for my GF for valentine's and birthday.. her birthday is next monday, valentines is next saturday.

We're going to have dinner next Wednesday at a restaurant in LA near Pantages Theater to go see Phantom of the Opera. This was her Christmas present.

Instead of going out on Valentine's, we've decided on staying in. So I think I'll cook her something and buy a really special bottle of wine we once had... I think it's like $70 (Rodney Strong Symmetry)

I have a box of truffles I forgot to give her for Christmas, so I'll give her that for v-day too laugh out loud

For her birthday, I'm thinking just a gift certificate to her favorite clothing store (Anthropologie) and a card i'll make

what do u guys think?
