Bubba, philosophical question for you.

How do you find out all the different ways of thinking, mysteries of life, new wonders, answers to things you dont even know the question of yet, if you have a closed mind to what the answer is already? (not to mention you want to tell other people that is the right answer or the right way to think / be )

Seems to me you have to have a very open mind to all kinds of thinking different than yours, to make all those discoveries in life? I would think if you are searching (and that is a good thing) then you have to make yourself as open minded to others differences as you possibly can or you really lock yourself into a limited locked down view of life?

People arent even willing to share it though if they think that they are going to be judged for it. Way I see it, anyone judges me they can take a hike and wow will they miss out on the fun I bring along with my craziness! I need to teach you how to laugh and roll your eyes at peoples antics you dont understand. Then the next step is to give it a try yourself and then wow....woot woot woot Bubba is on the loose!

everytime i go back home to hawaii, i tan super fast. then about 2 weeks later, i'm white white white again.

all depends on how your skin reacts to the UVs.... i have a friend who burns in 10 minutes, where as i can go hours without wearing sun screen....

I do! But I also expect people to defend their positions. I want to know why they think that. More often than not I suspect that they think that's me being critical when I am just trying to get at the essence of where their belief comes from.

A lot of times people see honesty as a way of being condescending to others when typically I just see it for what it is, not necessarily a positive and a negative. Although occasionally you do encounter negative sources, like your ex for instance!

And lastly, there are some issues which I see as being immutable. Like the woman I was dating for a bit. I told her I felt like I was here to help her in life and her response was, "I don't need any help." Well everyone needs help, no man is an island. But seriously, how do you deal with someone like that who is so closed themselves?

never say that to people....even friends can take that wrong.... if i had a friend say that i would be like "wtf, am i a project to you?"....
