It's not tricky, it was confirmed by their rep in another thread, there is no warranty. The seller, Platinum Micro, is just simply playing a shady game by claiming drives come with 3 year warranty.
Micron contacted to remove the warranty information off their listings across all websites (Rakuten, Amazon, eBay...etc)

Anyone know what kind of a performance increase I'd see from using this ssd to a 970 evo of the same size? There's plenty of synthetic benchmarks but not real world comparisons it seems. 😞
