SDFREE works better for the basic frame/coating.

Total cost below $13.90 => Use SDFREE
Total cost above $13.90 => Use DN50
There is no one-size-fits-all answer, but check out Zenni and Eyebuydirect. Just get started, pick a frame and configure your lenses and from there you can compare pricing. Either way, you're looking at significantly less $$$ for these online retailers vs the doc's office. Just spend some time informing yourself about sizing, EBD is one that allows free returns so you might start there.
I have a, rough, - 5.5 SPH, -2.5 CYL prescription and I really liked the $10 sunglasses I got from this company. Even did it with their base refractive index lenses (I usually buy top of the line from my optometrist for my all-day lenses). I wouldn't use them for my daily pair, but they're great as a beater pair of prescription sunglasses that finally hit cost parity with regular sunglasses from drug stores.

I would recommend getting on G4U's mailing list. Maybe once a month they offer a free pair + shipping (~$5). A little bit better deal than what SD is running now.

I would like a recommendation anyone has for an online store that offers polarized prescription sunglasses, though. They've been hard to find for <$100.

Any suggestions on best deals for strong RX prescriptions? This is what prevents me from ordering my glasses online.

Zenni has better frame construction than Goggles. Goggles in my experience break sooo easily.

The last 4 pairs of glasses I had were from them, I love them all.
Just remember to get the PD # from your eye doctor and know your size (usually the number on the side of your glasses frame) to get a right fit.
