can't see why the TD from someones
Lol was genuinely asking I bought the v6, on max longest runtime I got was close to 6mins, for 199 that is flat out unacceptable.
you sound like a ED expert.
Should not go full throttle n drain the battery from full to empty.... will kill the motor...Don't think Dyson motors can that kind of high stress... V7's battery should last for about 10mins if the V6 does it in 6.

Also wondering if the head is short/low enough to fit under a typical kitchen cabinet's kick base.
(edit). This site reviews says the motorized brushroll didn't pick up rice or cereal very well stating it's too close to the floor.

I already have the wide hard floor tool that was on clearance at Walmart, which is suppose to fit the cordless , so I know that fits under the kick base.

You need to use the right head for wood floors. That's what the soft roller head is made for. It works great.
But we use it as our principal vacuum...in fact, my wife loves it so much she seems to vacuum every day...a nice change of pace.
Now if I can only find something similar for the bedroom
