Just as an FYI, there are many people who have the "Jail Bar" effect on the P75-F1, me being one of them. It drives me absolutely nuts when they present themselves during content. I don't have any really great pictures of them, but you'll see black vertical lines on my attached pictures... they show well on a monitor that's better than my crappy laptop monitor. LOL! The FALD zones can be annoying with how they don't know what they're doing at times, and there are many of us who hope Vizio fixes how they work. The jail bars on the P75-F1 are a defect in the panel. I've been working with Vizio to try and get one good one out of the panel lottery. I received my first replacement last Friday, but I rejected it because it was just as bad as my current one.
The P65-F1 and P55-F1 don't appear to have many of these issues... most are great, per the users.
Aside from the FALD issues presented above, the picture is stunning on this set. FHD upscaling is absolutely amazing, HD is good, and SD is rubbish (expected). The speakers sound decent, and have come a long way since I last even heard TV speakers, but I'd still get a sound bar if you don't have something already.
Samsung used to be cheap crappy low end electronics.
Circle of life.

What do we think the Sony X900F 75" will drop to this holiday season? Do we wait and hope we get sony for just a few hundred dollar price increase from this Vizio deal?
I've never been a Vizio fan, but I saw these P series sets on display in Best Buy recently and I had to look twice to make sure it was a Vizio I was looking at. The P series sets looked impressive.
