Good deal for those who need two of them. I only need 1 extra so I ordered from Ring with the 10% subscriber discount.

Do these work with Wink hub? Or you absolutely need Ring setup?

Their doorbells work with wink but not their security system; at least not yet.

For those who have been using this system. In case of power or internet outage, the base station has 24 hour battery back up, will the whole system still work?

It should since the keypad also had a battery pack in it. Have not had to test out. Also all sensors have a battery in them.

As vnw98 mentioned, the base and keypad have built in batteries.

In addition your sensors all have batteries already installed since it's a wireless system.

I'm not subscribing just yet to the monitoring, but recently I had our Comcast go out so I left to work at Starbucks for a bit. I still received a push notification when I armed it and another once the wireless connection was re-established.

It has a SIM in it, so I guess it still works regardless if you're subscribing or not, you just won't have the 3rd monitoring.

No, you dont. Though it has the cheapest monitoring in the market if you want it.

Yes all units have battery(sensor, keypad, base station) so if power fails they still work and also with their subscription plan if there is outage for internet network will be switched to mobile network.
