Ive also been to a small shop and it was 30ish for all 4.
You may be able to drop ship* em to a local shop, or pick em up at your local DT, or Tire America (not 100% sure if thats the name of the other part of their chain or not). In previous deals people have said you get free installs at the DT and TA shops...but you have to show them your invoice or something. I dont have a local shop so i dont know if that is accurate or not.
I drop shipped with tire rack to a local shop before and it was convenient but $$$ cause the install pricing was high.
With DTD i usually ship em to my apartment and throw 2 in the trunk and two in the backseat when i get em installed.
Hope some of that info can help you

I would like to know this too...if I don't plan to open a credit card
Also, I guess they ship to us and we take them to the installer? I am not sure I can fit 4 tires in my car...

Depends on where you take em. Sometimes i go to Walmart and it's ~$60 for all four installed with lifetime balance and rotation.

You typically just set the shipping information to the place you're having them installed.
After rebates and the usual $100 off $400 ebay coupon my 4 or 5 tires come out to about$200-250 installed.
And yes sometimes i get a 5th tire to keep as a spare and get above the $400 threshold for the coupon that hopefully shows up
Usually, certain tires will have different discounts/rebates. That's been my experience with them.
