Not sure what an Entertainment Credit is. I got in on an earlier Sam's deal that included a VUDU credit. That one was a huge pain to get them to honor. I ultimately did it - in fact, I ended up making out like crazy in the end, but it was a major effort on my part.

all the deals are always for new accounts. I quit using my Sam's Club MasterCard just so I could let the membership expire each year and be eligible for a "new" member deal after a suitable period of time and not forfeit my credit card cash back.
