I've bought tons from Raise - at least 40 or so cards from a handful of different stores - and never had a single issue. And I've saved MUCH more than 1-5 bucks. Some places like TJ Maxx and Homegoods you can routinely find 12 - 18% off. Savings like that add up mighty quickly.

Be very careful with Raise. I bought 3 Groupon gift cards from them and one of them is invalid. I reported them and request the refund. They gave me refund but today I am told that they are going to cancel the refund that they gave to me. They said the gift card is redeem. Of course it was, that why it is giving me invalid message. They said Groupon said it was redeem so they cannot give me refund. I am in the process of trying to get it corrected.

Please do yourselves a favor and buy from actual store. Saving $1-5 only to get is not worth it. Between it was for $100 gift card that I pay for $95plus. Not worth the hassle and time and energy wasted trying to get this correct.

The best part is that you can stack the percentage off by using the gift card and whatever employee/military/senior discount on the total.
