Why isn't my coupon being applied during checkout?
The items you are purchasing must be shipped from and sold by Amazon.com in order to be eligible for the promotional discount. Also, any order of qualifying items must be made before the expiration date of the coupon.

When you are browsing or searching for products on site, on the left-hand side there is a filter labeled 'Seller'. Tick the 'Amazon.com' box to ensure that you only see items that are shipped from and sold by Amazon.com.
