Don't buy these for the Alexa function. I can be holding the tablet in my hands a foot away and have to shout the wake up word to wake up Alexa. Plus the Show Mode is a total failure, displaying less info and taking 4 times longer to display it than non Show mode.

The trade in promo and amex offer don't want at the same time. To enable amex offer to work you have to get rid of the trade in promo first. You can purchase any tablet using trade in promo, then go back to purchase another tablet using amex offer and you will see that it will work. You can then cancel the trade in promo order after using the amex offer.

I bought one during prime day and do like the screen. Bought the device thinking it's a cheap alternative for my 5-6 year old kids rather than the iPad and as feared, they wouldn't even go near this. It's just not as user friendly and fast as the iPad unfortunately. Hope you enjoy your purchase but one is more than enough for me.

I see iPad 2018 is much responsive and screen is very good comparing to fire 10. I like fire 10 length, while reading on kindle app it shows a long page.
