Promotion begins at 9:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on August 27, 2018 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on November 15, 2018.
Open only to legal residents of the 48 United States and the District of Columbia, (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) who are 18 (except Alabama and Nebraska 19 and 21 Mississippi) years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration.

Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes Entry and one (1) Instant Win gameplay per person, per email address, per day throughout the Promotion Period.
ONE2MANY: Entrants will be able to earn additional Sweepstakes Entries through the One2Many program. If sharing via social media, your friend/family member must click on your posted link to access the Sweepstakes. Your friend/family MUST be eligible and complete registration for you to earn additional Sweepstakes Entries. Limit of up to twenty (20) additional Sweepstakes Entries per person for the length of the Promotion Period.
Limit of up to Eighty-One (81) Sweepstakes Entries per person regardless of the method of entry for the length of the Promotion Period.
SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE (1): A total of one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of: One (1) 2018 VW Convertible Turbo Beetle*
*Winner will work with Sponsor to select color and features of vehicle within the ARV amount. Sponsor will work with winner as well to take care of any additional fees such as tax, title, and fees on the vehicle. Winner required to have a current driver's license and proof of insurance upon acceptance of prize.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize is $35,000.00
SWEEPSTAKES RUNNER-UP PRIZE (1): A total of one (1) Runner-Up Prize will be awarded, consisting of: One (1) $3,500 Ballard Designs Merchandise Certificate. ARV all Runner-Up Prizes is $3,500.00
INSTANT WIN PRIZES (373): A total of Three Hundred and Seventy-three (373) Instant Win Prizes will be awarded, as detailed below (one (1) prize per person):
One (1) Limited Edition Ballard Designs Tote Bag. ARV all Instant Win Prizes is $5,000.00
ARV of all prizes is $43,500.00. Limit of one (1) Instant Win Prize per person/per household. Instant Win Prize Winners are also eligible to receive the Sweepstakes Grand Prize.
