Looks like in-game item, other than DLC, am I missing?

I guess the item itself is the DLC. I was thinking more inline with a DLC map/extension.

I'm just curious what the other gifts will be and whether or not I should wait. Is this like Destiny where the first one was the best... never did get that gjallarhorn and yes it still bothers me lol.
