Poor Man's something or other. I picked him up some Stone IPA and AB last night. He cooked both Sat & Sun. Last night he made the most amazing tacos. Took freshly made steaming corn torts from Primos and filled them with a meat mixture, some with beans and some with papas. He folded them and pinned them shut with tooth picks then fried them. This is why I married this man. He can cook hella yummy food!!!

ugh this guy I hate is in my office pestering the girls saying that our legal ads are incorrect b/c they don't contain certain information. He is died to me. I wont even get up from my chair to walk by him. I detest him. He is like OM on crack.

they were delicious. though couple additions i did was a spoon of tomato sauce, pinch of oregano, splash of apple cider vinegar. next time i'll add about 1/2-2/3 cup of water to thin out the sauce and make it more gravy ish.

Ohhhh make caldo de pollo.

Chicken
Celery
Carrots
Potatoes
Onions
Cilantro
Garlic
Cumin
Salt
Pepper
Bouillion


Make spanish rice on the side.

Serve soup over rice squeeze lime & serve with (if desired). So keep the rice & soup separate until you prepare a serving. Make sense?

This is a super yummy comfort food.

I don't cook by recipes evah just make the soup like you would the noodle soup sans noodles. Put the cilantro in at the very end.
