I believe the X360 games you get from Gold are yours to keep even when your sub expires. it's the XB1 games you won't have access to.

it's funny how people are calling these games trash and yet they almost all seemed to have scored relatively high scores from various review sites. Just because you might not be into a certain game doesn't mean these games aren't any good.

Not true. From Xbox Website:

"On Xbox One, you'll no longer be able to access your Games with Gold titles if you cancel your subscription. However, if you decide to renew your subscription at any time, you'll be able to access and play your previously redeemed Games with Gold titles again"

So essentially, same as PS+
