The CPU is around $380, The case is $53, Mobo is around $104, 3000 MHz Ram (8GBx2) is around $149, cheapest price for GTX 2080 is $790, this particular SSD is around $50, 2TB Seagate 7200 RPM HDD is around $60, H60 Cooler is around 70, the PSU on this around $100 and it is already over $1750; excluding the Keyboard , mouse and OS.
Also, this is fully configurable; so you can customize it to save some more bucks. If you can source SSD at cheaper price, simply don't buy it from here to reduce the cost and you can do a lot or combinations to optimize this build as per your need and save some more money.
Another thing: Some so called experts and PC Builders...started claiming the motherboard MSI Z370-PRO has bad VRM and etc...without providing a single review links as expected. Instead of taking their words, you can see the below review of the motherboard MSI 370A-PRO from Anandtech where they were able to overclock i7-8700K to 5.1 GHz Stable...which is actually over than most of the Games are gonna do with their personal desktop.

This motherboard is not for running i7-8700K at 5 GHz for 24x7 but for mild overclocking like 4.5 to 4.7 GHz occasionally, the board is good enough. If the user is a extreme overclocker, he or she must know stuffs and will be able to change it from the available options of motherboards.
This Pre-built definitely gives mone a run for its money.
While I personally would rather a 2700x over the 8700k, this is a remarkable PC. If you haven't built a PC before, I wouldn't recommend learning it all to try and beat this pre-built PC in price/performance. This is a great sale. Great post OP

On the build specified by OP, motherboard has weak VRM for good level overclocking, H60 is kind of weak too. However, if you only want mild overclocking, those two are fine. Ram is not specifying brand, $35 less than Gskill etc, kind of shaky. Aero cool case is not good quality in general. That Gamidas psu is made by Andyson, notorious reputation. On windows, either you have one or buy from legit website. Those very cheap os is not legit and should be avoided. Just run win 10 inactivated, which is allowed by MS.
Regarding your comments on OS, you're completely wrong. 5here are several deals posted here in Slickdeals, mainly from reputed sites like scdkeys, offering Windows 10 at $12. I personally have purchased 2 keys and they are working fine for last 1.5 years...and I'm not alone.
By the way, ram is going to be Adata xpg z1. I posted many deals from iBuyPower and Cyberpower pc and Adata xpg z1 is their choice for 3000 MHz ram.
Regarding motherboard, same thing applies...change it to something else. There is an Asus model at same price.

Looks like the imagination striking again on the ram, "I have seen them using adata, so this ram must be adata too." Are you simply dreaming or on the team of Ibuypower? Just LOL.
Aerocool pc case quality and design trails top of line Corsair, Cooler Master, Fractal Design and Phanteks etc. Flimsy material and bad design are common on low quality are common, which is the case for this Cylon case if you read reviews on amazon.
Again, based on the spec you chose, they better pick better parts is my point.
Edit: I did some digging and it looks like Kinguin, SCDKeys, and others rely a lot on bulk purchasing keys for software in other countries and then selling them in the US. For example, the cost of Windows 10 Pro in Nigeria is $70 compared to the US price of $199. Could be cheaper in another country, but Nigeria is the only one I checked real fast. It did state in several articles that keys may be purchased using stolen credit cards, but there are "plenty" that are bought in bulk in countries that offer the software a lot cheaper.
