Start the download and then cancel it before it completes. You'll then own the app and be able to install it at any time, even if it's later no longer free. You can verify that you own it after canceling the download by checking My Apps & Games > Library in the Google Play Store.

if the app downloads too fast and you are unable to cancel it before it fully downloads and installs, just immediately uninstall it and you'll still own it for later (re)installation.

It's probably for screenshots. These are really mild permissions. It doesn't ask for contacts or location, so I don't see the problem.

The other two are very small. One is about 85mb and three other is about 24.
