Well stop back in and give us a deal when you have everything done to be a true cell phone service....your gonna have to beat Red Pocket and Mint Sim prices,

OK---so I have been 'using' and I use that term loosely---because for the past week I have not had 'service'

If it matters, I've been using this service with an iPhone 8+

1) you HAVE To use their app for calling and messages (imessages work fine on data--otherwise sms/mms has to be sent via their app)

2) VOIP VOIP VOIP.... It is awful, the few people I have called have had a terrible time hearing me, even when I am in a full coverage area...

3) when people could hear me, I had a bit of a hard time hearing them, it was choppy--even when put on speakerphohne (choppiness)

4) don't call for help... cs is very..uhh... international(?) lol and can be a bit difficult to understand, this includes quality of the line/services they use for their call 'center' as well as other factors...(lol)

5) the only real way to get in contact with them, is on twitter or here--(heh)

I honestly, just need about 1gb of data, and a few minutes/texts included a month, this is for a 'backup; phone.

Currently I am looking at the RedPocket 1k Plan: 1000 Minutes, 1000 Texts, 1GB of Data. $15/month and you can pick either verizon, tmobile, attt, or if you really want sprint (lol).

I was looking at Mint Mobile before RedPocket, but they seem to be full of issues as well--one of them is calls or messages not coming in.. And I am having this issue on TMobile as well--SO, I'd take a wild guess and say something is up with TMobile's service, but it's not a widespread issue...yet..

started the service on saturday( $10+$10 activation)

normal outgoing calls are still NOT WORKING


incoming calls and texts and data are working


app based(using the unreal mobile app(its really just the freedompop app with dark skin) calls do work


tried normal customer service twice over the weekend , on sunday i even pmed the unreal mobile guy on slickdeals and still no luck




its a REALLy good thing that this is my backup phone not my primary phone(using the $240 a year 5gig plan redpocket via att towers on my primary phone)
