FYI: urlhasbeenblocked Buy.com Customers Getting Fraudulent Credit Card Charges

While the thread began in 2014, apparently, the fraudulent CC charges are still happening as the post in June 2018 alleges.

These deals for percent off with a maximum discount of 10-20-30 etc. are straight silly to be honest. 75 percent off with a max discount of 10$. Stop doing that.

I see urlhasbeenblocked sellers have learned from eBay sellers. Jack up your price on everything and pretty much cancel out the discount in a pathetic attempt at squeezing some extra profits.

I was hoping to buy 4 $100 xbox gift cards, but there is a limit of one. I was going to use those towards purchase of an Xbox One X thru microsoft directly, where you can use your xbox balance towards online purchases. I think I will just wait it out to the next below $400 xbox one x deal. So many report of on going credit card fraud days after buying from urlhasbeenblocked.

Normally you can buy a $100, $50 and $25 in one order. If you have more than one urlhasbeenblocked account (different email address) then you can do this more than once. These sales come around regularly, so you can get up to $400. The credit card fraud was years back and many of us here on SD have been buying from urlhasbeenblocked regularly (myself included). However, the One X deals on ebay are generally better because they are already below MSRP and then you add 15% off when the regular ebay sales come around. Using these 15% off gift cards you are only saving off the MSRP with Microsoft which won't beat the ebay deals.

Thanks for your info. I think I am just going to wait on a deal for less than $400 on eBay when they pop again, which should be very soon, as it has been a few weeks now. Likely over the holiday weekend. My PS4 has been keeping me busy in the meantime.
