$10 off $50 at Ebay through Oct 10 (via Paypal email) YMMV
I just received an email from PayPal entitled "Get ready for Halloween now with $10 off $50+ at eBay!" It has a customized 16 digit code that allows for $10 off $50. Even though it is suggesting that you buy a costume a read of the terms does not have a limitation on the items (other than the standard cash, coins, etc).
