It's weird. Whenever I login the buttons for claiming the free theme and to enter the contest go blank and don't do anything when clicked. I've tried on Chrome, Opera, Edge, and Firefox. I have a US PSN account so it shouldn't be a problem. Anyone else having trouble redeeming?

I would try logging in with a different device to see if this would resolve your issue.

Got the Avatar, but the theme says I haven't unlocked it yet. Where do I even unlock it as I don't see anything but the avatar at the bottom?

go to the link, scroll to the bottom of page, DON'T click on the redeem avatar button, go directly to the bottom of the page, there will be a button you have to click to unlock the theme

Anyone have any luck getting the buttons to work for "Claim Reward" for either the avatar or theme? It was working a few hours earlier on my phone, but now the buttons do nothing.

EDIT: Nm. Got it to work now on my phone. Not sure why it's not working on Google Chrome on my computer.

So i redeemed the theme and downloaded it to my playstation but it has a lock on it and says "Cannot use the content. To use the content, purchase it from Playstation Store"
