What are these deals? I've seen the pop up recently for a few other shows.

Does this purchase give you temporary access to stream the current season of shows and expire once the season is complete? Are they commercial free?

I wish I knew an easier way.

I usually just go to Prime Video, then TV Shows, then Rent or Buy, then Buy Latest TV. There is usually 18 pages to go through and I just look for the 2.99 or 3.99 for a season.

Eh like most digital products sorta. However, it's very unlikely they will ever take away those rights. It's just like buying a movie on vudu, itunes, or google play store.

As for your other questions yes they are commercial free and they are yours to keep until amazon goes out of business, you lose your password, or whatever else happens.
