I recently noticed that my points balance dropped off twice on My Soap Box Panel. Has this ever happened to any one else. I did email, no answer yet.

Soap Box is pretty reliable. I have been a member for several years. However, they have done the same thing to me once before and I emailed customer support directly from the site. They replied with 24 hours.

I did email them several times. I received a reply and I was told in one instance that quality control made a mistake and my points were credited back. However, in another instance, it was the way questions were answered, which I disagree. I emailed back and asked what I answered wrong,am awaiting an answer.

I too have been a member for several years and never had any problems, that I noticed until now.
