If you care to save money, you need to call around shops for install quotes. Discount Tire may not be the best price in town for install.
See my answer above. Yes, you'll have to haul these around to the installer. You're not obligated to have America's Tire install it. Unfortunately, this is the game with this discount. For me it's totally worth it as for my SUV and performance car (both uses 20 inch low profile tires), my tires are easily $1400-$2000 respectively for a set of tires. I'm willing to go through the trouble to save $400 per car. I've even enlisted my wife to start an ebay account to get the deal on the 2nd set of tires.
Also for me, I buy tires when it's cheap, not when I need them. So I wait for this sale every year to buy tires and store them. This is the best strategy to save money on tires. Buy when they're on sale and store them.
Serious question? Tire shops exist to sell and install tires. Why would they give you labor for free if you didn't buy the tires from them?

My tires came under the $400 so I had to add a filler tire as I wasn't able to find the ones I needed with tire Certificates. I added a wheel barrel tire which worked.

Yeah! And when you get there is the installation free? Do you have to pay for mounting and balancing, or alignment, or valve stems?
