15% off Saddleback Leather

I received the following e-mail this morning.

Starting today and through the end of the month (Oct. 31st, 11:59 Texas time), we're giving you 15% off sitewide. Since we don't do Black Friday or Cyber Monday sales, we thought our 15th birthday would be a great opportunity for you to get something for yourself or to start your Christmas shopping a little early. And then on Black Friday / Cyber Monday weekend you can just relax and go camping… with your leather.
So you're saying to yourself, "Geez, that would be brutal to hold onto such a cool gift for them until Christmas." You're right. It would be. But that's what love looks like. When someone does something for peace on Earth and goodwill towards men and women.
Enjoy your simple gift. We're going camping. Oh and here's the promo code to enter at checkout: HAPPY15TH

You can get leather goods direct from ashland for cheaper.

$400 for a freaking canvas bag? are you kidding me?

Pricing is outrageous! But they are piece of art which last longer than customer life. Many pass it to next generation.

They've always been expensive. A few years ago they really jacked up their prices, I got a briefcase used on eBay. It's a great high quality bag, but I can't justify their new prices.

I have their front pocket wallet. its perfect. They do have quality products. Some people will not like that on larger pieces of leather with imperfections, they will leave the imperfections as character. heads up in the event someone decides they need a $600 backpack.

Honestly their wallets are amazing but the larger pieces just aren't worth the cost. I plan to pass down my wallet to a hundred generations LOL

Have the side pocket duffel, classic briefcase, and notepad cover. Wife has the long trifold wallet for her purse. Got them before the price hike a few years back. We get positive comments about them all the time. Aging really well and no hint of anything going bad.

The designs are timeless - particularly the briefcase. I think someone once said it'd be a bag that a dapper version of Indy Jones would carry around.

The medium classic briefcase fits under basically any airline seat even if you jam it with crap.

Looks nice, but most if not all their stuff is made in Mexico. Why not build them in the U.S? I believe Filson still makes their bags in the U.S.

I didn't get in before the price hike.. I've been carrying the front pocket ID wallet for a couple of years and it has aged beautifully. I pulled the trigger on the Classic Briefcase in Large yesterday when I got the e-mail. No tax, Free Shipping, and 15% off seemed like a great time to buy to me..
