PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY AND IN FULL. THEY CONTAIN CERTAIN CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON THE AVAILABILITY AND USE OF THE PREMIUM WITH HULU TWO MONTH INTRO OFFER, INCLUDING SPOTIFY'S ABILITY TO SUSPEND OR TERMINATE THIS OFFER AT ANY TIME.

1. The Spotify Premium with Hulu Two Month Introductory Offer.
The Spotify Premium with Hulu Two Month Introductory Offer (the "Premium with Hulu Two Month Intro Offer") is made to you by Spotify (as defined in the Spotify Terms and Conditions of Use, "Spotify Terms of Use"). The Premium with Hulu Two Month Intro Offer allows you, subject to these terms and conditions (the "Premium with Hulu Two Month Intro Offer Terms"), to access the Spotify Premium Service (as defined in the Spotify Terms of Use) and the Hulu Limited Commercials plan:

for an initial trial period of up to two (2) months (the "Premium with Hulu Two Month Intro Offer Period"); and
at the advertised trial price
after you subscribe to the Premium with Hulu Two Month Intro Offer by completing your payment.

These Premium with Hulu Two Month Intro Offer Terms supplement and incorporate by reference the Premium with Hulu Offer Terms. If there is any inconsistency between these Premium with Hulu Two Month Intro Offer Terms and the Premium with Hulu Offer Terms, these Premium with Hulu Two Month Intro Offer Terms will prevail. Relevant references to the "Premium with Hulu Offer" in the Premium with Hulu Offer Terms shall be read to also apply to the Premium with Hulu Two Month Intro Offer, where permitted by these Premium with Hulu Two Month Intro Offer Terms.

By submitting your payment details, (i) you accept this Premium with Hulu Two Month Intro Offer, (ii) consent to us using your payment details in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and (iii) acknowledge and agree to the Spotify Terms of Use, Spotify Privacy Policy and these Premium with Hulu Two Month Intro Offer Terms.

2. Eligibility.

a. Spotify Eligibility Requirements. In order to receive this Premium with Hulu Two Month Intro Offer users must:

(1) be new to Spotify Premium. If you have subscribed to either the Spotify Premium or Unlimited service or have taken a trial offer previously, you are ineligible for this offer;
(2) provide a valid and current payment method; and
(3) pay for your Spotify subscription directly to Spotify and not through a third party (e.g., not through a cable or telecommunications provider).

You may only redeem the Premium with Hulu Two Month Intro Offer once - previous users may not redeem the offer again. Only one Premium with Hulu Two Month Intro Offer may be applied to each Spotify Premium account.

b. Hulu Eligibility Requirements. In order to redeem this Premium with Hulu Two Month Intro Offer and access the Hulu Limited Commercials plan, you must be a new or existing Hulu subscriber. If you use an existing Hulu account, that account is ineligible for this Premium with Hulu Two Month Intro Offer if your current subscription is:

(1) for either the Hulu No Commercials or Hulu with Live TV plans;
(2) for any Hulu plan with a premium network add-on (e.g., HBO or Showtime); or
(3) billed through a third-party (e.g. Roku).

3. Duration and cancelation.

After the Premium with Hulu Two Month Intro Offer Period, you will automatically be charged the then-current price of the Premium with Hulu Offer, unless you cancel prior to the end of the Premium with Hulu Two Month Intro Offer Period.

All billing and cancellation issues with respect to this Premium with Hulu Two Month Intro Offer are between you and Spotify, not with Hulu. If you no longer wish to continue with your subscription to this Premium with Hulu Two Month Intro Offer, you may at any time:

Cancel your subscription to the Premium with Hulu Two Month Intro Offer, at which point you will lose all access to both the Hulu Limited Commercials plan and the Spotify Premium service, and your Spotify account will switch to a Spotify Free account at the end of the then current billing cycle.
Remove Hulu from your Spotify Premium account: you will lose access to the Hulu Limited Commercials plan and your Spotify account will switch to whatever Spotify Premium account you choose and are eligible for, at the end of the then current billing cycle.
Delete your Spotify account.
To take any of these actions, log into your Spotify account and follow the prompts on the Account page or click here and follow the instructions.

This Premium with Hulu Two Month Intro Offer expires and must be redeemed before the date advertised. Spotify reserves the right to modify or earlier terminate this Premium with Hulu Two Month Intro Offer at any time and for any reason. After such time of termination, Spotify shall not be obligated to allow any further redemption of Premium with Hulu Two Month Intro Offers.

4. Activation.

Your access to Hulu Limited Commercials will begin after you successfully activate by affirmatively taking the following certain steps - this activation will not occur automatically. To continue your access, you must maintain a valid Spotify Premium subscription.

For new Hulu users: activation requires creating a Hulu account as part of the sign up process.
For eligible existing Hulu users: activation requires switching your existing Hulu account from being billed by Hulu to a billing method specified by Spotify. If you switch your billing to Spotify, you will not receive a prorated credit or refund from Hulu for the then-current billing month and you will forfeit any remaining credit balances with Hulu associated with your existing Hulu account.
If your existing Hulu account is ineligible for this Premium with Hulu Two Month Intro Offer as set forth in Section 2(b) of these Premium with Hulu Two Month Intro Offer Terms or if you do not switch billing to Spotify - then you will be charged for both your existing Hulu and Spotify Premium with Hulu subscriptions for as long as you keep both.
