My local Walmart only recently started carrying unlocked phones, so I'd been looking for a backup. Found this by chance on Youtube of all places, posted on Oct 10th, showing the deal.

Took forever to find the SKU since the walmart site isn't carrying it any more and doesn't have an 'out of stock' listing.

I would check Brickseek; for example, 3 Walmarts within 25 miles were carrying them with 4-5 in stock.

Brickseek shows one store that has a quantity of 2, but are listed at $249. Then it has two stores that show a quantity of 0, but also say limited stock and the last one shows a quantity of 0 and out of stock. So I'm assuming the limited stock means out of stock?

Yup. Went in and they didn't have a display one out, so I asked the girl who was stocking prepaid cards, she said she wasn't sure and she asked the phone counter guy who had been helping someone else, and he said they did. They had 4 in the cage, which is what Brickseek said. Bought it without any issues.

Three boxes were sealed and one was open (the first one she pulled out), probably the display model that got removed. No issues at all.
