I found these at my local Costco today. It appears to be Costco version of the Renew LED Desk. Renew LED Desk Lamp. The only difference I can see if that the Costco version has 1 less brightness setting, https://products.ottlite.com/p-47...escription.

I was in my local Costco at Cedar Park, TX yesterday. They still had them, but not nearly as many as the weekend before. I had already purchased 6, but at this insane price I picked up a couple more.

Clearwater Florida Costco has both black and white in stock @ 29.99 as of 11/3/18. Nice lamp for sure.
