How confident should I be that this isn't a previously returned monitor?
BuyDig buys new from Dell. I will say though that I went through 4 of these at BuyDig and none could hold an overclock at 120Hz or even 115Hz. I then returned it and bought one from Dell instead and it also couldn't hold an overclock.
It's a very common problem with this monitor. Don't expect an overclock as it's not guaranteed. Otherwise it's fantastic.

Thanks! I'm not too worried about overclock too much but I don't want to deal with dead pixels or anything like that.

I have heard of that problem. I still went ahead and got mine a little over a week ago. Been running at 120 hz with no problem.

This is definitely the lowest price I've ever seen it. I've been tracking it for awhile

NONE of the 5 I've gone through had any dead pixels at all.
The 120Hz screen flicker starts to happen at the 3week to 1mo mark.
Ah! I'll keep an eye out. Hopefully it doesn't happen 🤞
