Got on my Chrome browser on my PC, go to Amazon, select Apps and Games on the search bar and type in Audible. Select Audible for Fire TV app. Select the Device to deliver to and click install/deliver. Email showed up after 2 seconds.

I have a fire TV that I haven't use it for awhile. Rather then dusted off my old fire TV, just click on the link below and click "Get App". You should receive the credit almost immediately.
