Not really.
you'll have more of an authentic piano sound from the deal OP posted. The one you linked has few polyphony voices (less accurate reproduction of sound).
Also, the one posted here is a digital piano (meant to be played as a piano and not do too much other fancy stuff, like mixes, sound fx, etc..) where as your linked one is geared more toward remixes.
Your linked one does NOT have weighted keys, OP linked piano has graded weighted keys (meaning the lower notes are heavier and take more exertion to depress where as the higher notes do not require as much pressure).

If budget is a concern or an issue, both are 'decent' entry level machines. One would have to sit down and ask themself what exactly it is they want to do with one... do they just want to learn to play or play the music they already know without all the effects and sounds/samples?
Or does one want to dabble in recording layers and adding or modifying stuff music they play?

I know this is a digital piano and not a keyboard, but can it get any other sound? Hammond organ? Fender rhodes?

Saw this thing yesterday in store. It was really impressive. Looks and feels great and looks amazing. Kinda felt like an asshole letting my 2 and 4 year old jam out on it.

Would this method work for a full 7 years of warranty coverage if charged to the Citi Costco VISA?

1) 3-year included manufacturer's warranty
2) Add on 2-year Musical Instrument Accidental Protection Plan (~$6.50 for Squaretrade on Amazon)
3) 2-year extended Citi Costco VISA warranty
