So if you're ordering a meal, best to break up the drink/sides into separate orders to meet the requirement?

DOH! Yeah, you're right. Each restaurant card has the offer icon in the lower right hand corner. I totally didn't see it cause I was looking for an "Offers" tab based on the instructions in the OP.

EDITED: The way the offer is made at each restaurant instead of at the app level, and based on the offer's wording, I think you have to make 3 purchases with Chase Pay of at least $5 each AT THE RESTAURANT FOR WHICH YOU WANT THE CREDIT.

"At this time, you can only redeem in-store offers with a QR code. Offers don't apply to tap and pay transactions."
