These are usually $25, but are down to $20 with free shipping. Not sure how water-resistant they are since they're not full leather, but for a work boot around the house, these are the right price and super comfortable.

Beyond the mediocre looks, the quality control is crap (tried on two pairs, same size, and they fit differently) and there is absolutely NO arch support. Really uncomfortable, and they aren't gonna get better.
If you need $20 shoes to mow the yard...well, maybe. Beyond that...crap.
