These are usually $25, but are down to $20 with free shipping. Not sure how water-resistant they are since they're not full leather, but for a work boot around the house, these are the right price and super comfortable.
my experience with these has not been good. by the end of the season water seems to seep in through the sole.. not sure if its just my luck. happened 2 years in a row..
picked up a pair tonight for $15 at costco...got the all black leather same brand from last year as well at costco for the same price.

Must be getting blown out at your Costco...mine has them at $24.99 still
get that price adjustment at CS, no problem at costco...did that last year when i ordered them online for 20 and instore they went down to 15 a few weeks later.

These are pretty horrible.
Beyond the mediocre looks, the quality control is crap (tried on two pairs, same size, and they fit differently) and there is absolutely NO arch support. Really uncomfortable, and they aren't gonna get better.
If you need $20 shoes to mow the yard...well, maybe. Beyond that...crap.

Really? I thought they were super comfortable. Purchased for an around-the-house work shoe, and not expecting longevity at this price.
fit is so subjective as everyones feet are built differently so its hard to please everyone. just like taste...some like it one way others like it the other.

Thumbs up. I have these from last year. (Paid $5 more, d'oh) For the price they cannot be beat.
I wouldn't say they are overly comfortable, but they are adequate, and I use them on snowy/slushy days.
Durable and keep my feet dry.
sounds just like this review on amazon that made me go ahead and get this brand of shoe for the costco sale price...pretty good value if they hold up like he says (attach snip of review)
