Are you sure these have Atmos? I see nothing on the page about Atmos, height, an x.x.4 channel setup, or up-firing.

It doesn't have Dolby Atmos, but it does have DTS-X so the title should be fixed. But then again it's basically the same thing just like Apple or Android meaning they are both phone or tablet competitors so you can pick which side you prefer.

According to the Amazon description, the DTS-X models do support Dolby Atmos

Anyone could help share the surround effect with the dts-x 7.1/2? According to https://www.google.com/amp/s/www....5784&amp=1, the 7.2 was disappointing comparing to the lg sk10y

Atmos will be a firmware upgrade in 2019 for 7.1 and 7.2. For 9.2 it will be later this year.

The 2018 models that are on sale, are getting a free firmware update that will make them handle Atmos, and also handle Dolby Vision passthrough. 9.2 firmware coming Dec 1st 2018. 7.2 coming 2019 Quarter 1, and 7.1 coming 2019 Quarter 2. Nakamichi has stated 2019 models will be identical hardware, but will be $1,499 for 9.2 etc. to cover the Dolby licensing.

Great deal at normal $1,100, but a steal at $850.
