One thing I dislike about the Toto units which I think Brondell is superior on is the plastic lid. Apparently you can sit on the Brondell and the Toto unit I have feels rather cheap in this area. Not really what I expected for the $.
This particular unit was one I was considering. Had it not been for the reviews mentioning issues with the water heater I probably would have bit and saved myself some money.
I will say after using my washlet I consider endless warm water a bit of a must have feature. Rather glad I didn't buy one of the ones with a tank.

They really seem to stand behind their product. Look at their 3 year warranty..
Let me know how it is. Not yet ready to pull the trigger..
