copy your order number , it will ask if you have another order number to add. add all of your order numbers.
then input your name, address etc. then select if you want email delivery or card in the mail.
I chose email, you will receive tracking updates only if you select email.
coupon codes work, if it says its invalid that means its already been used. looks like they changed their wording to try and trick us.

On another note, with this rebate, potential CB on different sites, coupons and discounts on GC's ... there are some items that end up being pretty good deals. For instance, the Google Home Hub which seems to be a pretty hot item this time around might be a little better of a deal here if you don't care for Kohl's cash.
$99 - 15% = $84.15 (w/ 4% CB & 10% Lowes Coupon it sweetens the deal further)
