It comes with an EU plug so I doubt there is a US warranty. Probably better to spend the extra $30 and get it on amazon with the 1 year US warranty.

To me, at this moment, this is the best deal on the 2nd Generation Roborock. When the $399.99 Amazon deal was available, the biggest selling point was the 1-yr warranty. Well, with this Newegg deal, you can pay an extra $37.49 for a 3-yr protection plan from SquareTrade. This would make a grand total of $407.48 with the Newegg deal w/ 3-yr protection. So essentially, you would be spending only $7.49 more than the Amazon deal for 2 more years of protection. Well worth the $7.49 in my opinion. Sure, you can get the Roborock for $330 to $350 from JoyBuy, but in my opinion you'll be taking a risk on warranty and horrible customer service.

Before checking out, there should be a section for Extended Warranty on the product page. They'll give you the option to choose a 3-yr or 4-yr warranty. Choose one of them and then checkout.

Can you use hardwood floor cleaners (e.g. this [amazon.com]) in the roborock instead of water (Which would ruin the hardwood floor)
