We love the 4 in 1 so far. Had them for ~1.5 years. Our three kids just turned 2 and they are rear facing. Can't speak to foreword facing experience but will know soon.
Car seat has been good quality though and I would recommend it.
I have two of the 4Ever 4-In-1...one for my 18m old girl and one for my infant boy. I got the pink one from Target for about $150 and the teal one from a Amazon Warehouse deal for $170. These are very nice, we've tried the Extend2Fit version but found the extra features not worth it.
Save yourself from Worst Customer Service, buy from Amazon, Walmart, etc. Been following up with them for incorrect billing since 3 months, still no resolution.

If I recall correctly, the Extend2Fit versions allow you to place the car seat in the rear-facing position for an extra 10lbs more, which is worth considering IMO.
