Bought these last year and the egiftcard got hacked. Went to use it and they said it had already been redeemed. According to manager I wasn't the first that this happened to. They did comp me my meal and after a few weeks offered to re-issue the gift card or mail me a check. With no faith in the gift card system I opted for the check. It took a few more weeks and a few reminder emails. I'll never buy another gift card from them again.
