Pro tip #2: Dry your teeth really well with a towel before attempting to stick them and they will stay in place better.
Pro tip #3: If you have sensitive teeth I would highly recommend using Sensodyne Pro-namel Gentle Whitening tooth paste. Most all of these whitening things use a peroxide as the active ingredient so if you aren't used to it it can cause sensitivity. I used to have sensitive teeth but not after years of using this stuff (wife is in dentistry and almost all offices that we know of recommend this stuff anyway) I don't anymore. I can now use these whitening strips without issue also. Just follow the instructions on the box and use this toothpaste and your teeth will be white, not sensitive and healthy.
