Pretty sure those were the Verizon ones (which could be unlocked) rather than the true factory unlocked ones (like this one).

Should this be okay with Mint Mobile/SIM? From what I've read, Mint runs on T-mobile's 4G LTE network. Is this phone compatible?

Missed that, your right; they were Verizon locked. Thumbs up OP.

I actually didn't have to pay the unlock fee. I found the right person who didn't know what they were doing and released the unlock for me

The $39 ones were locked to Verizon.
Still, the E4 (especially the 16GB, non-Plus) is getting a little long in the tooth for $64. Also it won't get an OS past Oreo.

If it shows 3 or less in stock, chances are they don't have it.

Mine doesn't specify a number, it just says "limited stock".

Does anybody know what's the highest number of an item there can be and it still show as "limited stock" on Brickseek?

Yup, I have an E4 I use with MintSim. No problems.
