    I bought one of these at full price for some strays that hang around. Everytime i come home I can see their faces chillin in there.

    I made a ghetto version of this out of scrap some 1/4" plywood that is rectangular in shape and is raised about two inches off of the ground. I put one of this company's 40w heated pet bed in the bottom with a towel over it and our outdoor cats loves it. I have it on a smart timer, so I only turn on the heater when it's cold outside, but he'll spend hours in it. When it's hot out, which is most of the year here in FL, the heater is off and he sleeps on the flat roof, which we cover with an old folded towel as well. I got the concept from this very product, just adapted it to a heated cat bed we already had that had been in a shallow storage bin. Had I not of already had their 40w bed, I would've ordered this product.

    Total impulse buy, but I was going to make one anyway that wasn't heated so this actually works out great. Worse case, I can see my cat using this indoors not plugged in. As long as mice dont setup shop in it and eat the bedding while outside, this will work great.

    great deal in for two!

    I use a large hard plastic heating pad for pets that cost much more than this. Purchasing these just in case the pad stops working.
