Same as the earlier Bestbuy deal but at Walmart. Says 140 online but if you check on brickseek you can find it in store for $99 still.

You're right about the price, but it's sold out pretty much everywhere

I just picked it up today so I figured I would post it for those lucky enough to be close to a store with some in stock. The Walmart near me had 3 still.

The price it's showing is from a 3rd party seller. If you look below that it'll show Walmart for $99 but states in stores only. Normal retail price for this is $99. I'm just waiting for Best Buy to get it back in stock.

no one is restocking it. it was a limited edition run. once these are gone, they are gone. nintendo are notorious for this. they sent people into a frenzy when they bundled Gold wii motes with zelda several years ago. those sold out almost instantly after they were announced.

Thanks for the heads up! Wal-Mart's site has been telling me they've been sold out for days but called and picked one up for $99.

Brickseek showed in stock for me and my store had four of them (Colorado Springs). I had just checked stock through the website less than an hour ago and it showed none. Thanks op!

i know because i've been buying nintendo collectibles for 2 decades. controller/game bundles always had a 1 time run. nintendo has never restocked them, and they will not start now.

i'm pretty upset that i missed out on these too, but it is what it is.

Going by Nintendo's history you're about 1/3 correct. Although some are a limited run item at a time, Nintendo does bring them back if demanded (NES Classic, a few popular Amiibos, etc.). Some you'll never see in the wild again (Xenoblade Chronicles 2/Splatoon Switch Pro controllers, Splatoon/Super Mario Odyssey Switch bundles. And soon all these Switch bundles. Are you expecting them to continue selling them for a year? Be upset if you wish, it's how the company holds such value on some of their properties. Not something I agree with btw.
