Place two orders with the 30% cash back deal. The first one on 11/19 and earned on 11/26. The second one on 11/22 and still in pending mode. Same for eBay purchase.

I mean they broke their own rule and gave the majority of customers their cashback already, so I think calling and asking what the hold up is wouldn't hurt. I'm in the exact situation as you and I'm contemplating calling them or not

I typically have received my cash back from Sears, Best Buy and Walmart and Under Armour within the week. eBay I have gotten my cash back after the return period. Right now I am one of many who is still awaiting the result of the Samsung Pay Walmart 30% CB on toys debacle; customer service escalated my case, but in my experience I have never seen worse customer service than what I've gotten from Samsung in the past year (Samsung Pay or Samsung the company) aside from MAYBE Tiger Direct and their rebate system.

I did the Ebay 5% cashback last time, ordered about $150 of stuff, used the link in Samsung Pay to click to activate it and used the ebay window it opened to buy my items. I never got any cash back. There is nothing in pending even. And it's been like a week and a half. Did I get robbed?

I received the 30% cashback fro BB (within 3-4 days of placing my order). I used that cashback on a gift card which I have already redeemed and used.

Unfortunately the item that I bought from BB has some issues. It's sold out on BB so I cannot exchange. So my question is what happens when I return the item? Would Samsung charge me for the cashback? and How?
